Flotsam/Jetsam Regatta
Originated by Betty
Caldwell (and named by Cully Ward) to enable the
Club to distribute some old trophies that were not awarded due to no wind or
lack of a class (e.g. "First Place Javelin"), the Flotsam/Jetsam Regatta is
scheduled in the late fall after the winds have settled down a little. While
the temperatures can be anywhere from 35 to 75, this is always a great time
to get out one last time to stave off cabin fever for as long as possible. |
